GENERAL QUESTIONS

WHAT ARE YOUR DIMENSIONS?
We have standard sizes of 80x50 cm and 100x80 cm. Would you prefer a different size mat? Let us know! We are happy to discuss the possibilities.

HOW THICK ARE YOUR MATS?
Our mats have a height of 5 mm, this includes the anti-slip backing. This is perfect for most homes, so that the door can still be opened over the doormat.

MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, WHAT NOW?
Did you receive the product damaged? This is very annoying. Contact us immediately and we will solve it together. Send us a photo of the damaged package, the damaged mat and your order number. Mail this to info@glowfect.nl .

IS THE MAT ALSO SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE?
No, we advise to use the mats only indoors. Because the mat is sealed with an anti-slip layer on the underside, it can NOT get rid of its water on the underside. This makes it unsuitable for lying outside. Under a spacious canopy it could be possible if the mat is really dry, but the mat will wear out faster. This is at your own risk.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER THE DOORMAT IN A DIFFERENT COLOR THAN THE CURRENT DESIGN?
This is often possible, just send us an email at info@glowfect.nl and we will be happy to look into the possibilities.

ORDERING, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Standard mats
The doormats are produced for you based on order, which means we have a delivery time of +/- 5-7 working days.

Personalized mats
These doormats are designed and produced for you based on order. Due to the design process and the various contact moments we have for this, we have a delivery time of +/- 1-2 weeks.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACK & TRACE CODE?
Yes, you can track your order once it has been shipped with the track & trace code in your email.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We ship packages within the Netherlands for FREE.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Standard mats
Yes, you have 14 days (after receipt) to return the doormat. Return costs for your own account. You can also choose to exchange the doormat for another design, just send us an email at info@glowfect.nl .

Personalized mats
No, these mats are custom made and personalized based on your order. Because this is a custom made/personalized product, it is excluded from revocation as established by law. Are you still not completely satisfied? Please let us know, we will be happy to look at the possibilities and a possible solution.


QUALITY AND MAINTENANCE

WILL THE MAT REMAIN BEAUTIFUL WITH USE?
Sure! Our mats are suitable for intensive use. This means that they have a high quality that can also be used for companies such as shops, hair salons, offices etc. For home use it is a super quality that you can enjoy for years.

CAN THE COLOR DIFFER FROM THE PICTURE?
Yes this is possible, the colours can always differ slightly in real life from the image on your screen. This has to do with the fact that each screen has its own settings, which means that colours can look different per screen.

IS THE MAT UV RESISTANT?
Our mats are made of 100% polyamide in combination with high-quality ink. The mats are suitable for intensive use and will not discolour much in the sun. However, all materials are sensitive to the sun and after some time, small discolouration may occur.

HOW DO I KEEP THE MAT CLEAN?
The mats are meant to absorb dirt and moisture by wiping your feet. This keeps your floor cleaner, and yes unfortunately the mat may get a bit dirty after a while. Despite the fact that our mats have a beautiful, unique design, it is a consumer product.

Regularly vacuuming the mat extends the life of the mats. In addition, our mats can be machine washed!

  • Place the doormat in the washing machine on a short program.
  • Washing temperature: 30°C.
  • Wash with water only, no need to add detergent.
  • Do not add other pieces to the same drum
  • Air dry: Do not tumble dry, but let dry naturally. Do not put the mat back until it is completely dry.

Or use a steam cleaner to clean the mat.
